But then it goes on to tell us that the DTI’s director of broadband is someone called Stephen Speed. Apt name, at least. Not that you’d know that from the DTI themselves – search (or rather attempt to search) their website, and not only does this person not exist, but neither does his position, nor is there anything approaching a navigational structure that could help you to find him. Kind of sets the tone, really…
