Stats and searches

One of the joys that I’ve disovered having moved hosting providers is a decent set of stats packages. Hosting Unlimited (for it is they that host this very blog) seem to be almost unduely generous as far as freebies and add-ons are concerned - so there’s a choice of at least three different stats packages, all of which are pretty much state of the art as far as I can tell. Ah, the joys of discovering your referrer URLs include searches from Google for ‘elf sex’. I’m not sure which is more disturbing - finding that someone is searching for ‘elf sex’, or that the term occurs somewhere in the blog in the first place…
