		<description>Its so common to hear that kind of mad statement in corporate life. Somehow the &quot;serious&quot; people think that you can only do business with uncomfortable tools. If you are suffereing to get it done then you must be doing it right.
Like the stuff I talk about with virtual worlds, get alot of comeback that the visuals waste time and effort, when in fact its the presence of others and the non verbal communication that occurs that is its benefit.
Many people also see design as effortless, becuase the good products they use the design does not get in the way. Which is obviously wrong. To get design right and to enhance an experience so people want to use things seems to be an so obvious, yet is scary for some.</description>
